To use, keep the half of your avocado which has the seed and place flesh side down onto the keeper. Close down lid to lock in freshness and store in the fridge.
For a quick snack, make some guacamole with your leftover avocado - mash your avocado and mix with diced tomato, chilli, red onion, coriander & finally stir in a dash of lime & extra-virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with coriander to serve. Breakfast & lunch are ready to go thanks to this handy little gadget.
